By the numbers:
  • Under 'Broadcast' on the card you will see: 'SEQ', 'MO', 'DAY' refering to the 138th car built on the 24th of April, 1969.
  • Under 'STYLE' is the # 33687. the first 3 refers to Oldsmobile then 3687 designates the body type which is Cutlass Holiday Coupe, this should be the same number on the trim tag of the automobile. That should be 4487 for a 442 Holiday Coupe but some 1969's TRIM tags indicate a Cutlass series body and not a 442. In that case the VIN# should be used for 442/Hurst verification of which mine is '4487'.
  • The next code has a stain on it, the heading is 'Body Number', the number is '361095'. This number matches the body number on the 'Body & Trim' tag on the cowl of the engine compartment.
  • Under 'TRIM', the # 930 designates a Black interior combination.
  • The next set of numbers '50' '50' designate the 'LWR' & 'UPR', lower & upper body color. Code '50' is Cameo White.
  • Under 'PP' is the # 2, unfortunately I do not know what that means.
  • The next line designates some options on the car, only 2 appear and I don't know why some others are not listed, 'A01' designates tinted body glass and 'A51' designates Strato Bucket Seats.
  • The following line under 'IDENT NO.' is K93690 which is the dealer order number. This number is also found on the original window sticker and one of the shipping receipts.
